Registering for Classes
To register for classes (2011-2012 School year), either fill out the form sent home from school or go online and register.

Step 1
Send in Registration form or register online and either send a check with your confirmation # in the check “memo” or pay online. If we do not receive the payment within 10 days the registration is no longer valid. If you pay online you will receive an email confirmation from our credit card company of payment received. We do not send out confirmation of checks that we receive. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you give us a reliable email address when you register. We will use email extensively for communication of up coming events, newsletters, invoicing (which will also be mailed), and parent/teacher communication.
About Credit Card Payments: To help us match your payment with your registration information, you can put your confirmation number (if you registered online) in the very top box that says “COMPANY” when you get to the second page after entering your amount and pressing Pay Now. If you are paying for someone else (a grandparent for a grandchild for instance) and we don’t have that person’s name in our system, please enter child’s name or child’s parents name in the shipping info page which comes after you fill out the first form.

Step 2
It is very important to pay remaining balance due for first billing cycle before classes start. An invoice for that amount will be sent to you in August if you register in the spring or over the summer. If you are registering after August 1st, send in the amount for either Option One or Option Two described on our Billing policy page.

Class Schedules
We have class schedules for this last year up on our website. We will try to have fall 2011 class schedules confirmed by August 12. We try to stay as close to last year’s schedule as possible.
